I agree. Visiting the Royal Chitwan National Park is one story to tell the grandchildren. You shouldn't worry so much in regards of accomodation. For example, in Sauraha, a village close to the park, you can find the Sauraha Jungle Lodge, situated quite literraly in the jungle, which makes it more interesting to try. I mean, since you are there, why not try a night in the wild?! A basic mud hut is Rs30 for single and double for double, or you can choose a room with a private bathroom for Rs200 up to 300.
